30Meter "MONSTER" in Sarawak.

A member of the disaster relief committee in Sibu took photographs of Nabau while monitoring floods in Ulu Rajang from a helicopter.

According to Iban legend , it may be the snake in the dayak legend in Sarawak, named as Nabau.


The legend snake had a dragon-like head and seven nostrils.The Ibans of Sarawak believed that the grand Nabau is like a petara (a god), having supernatural powers, and anyone seeing it will apparently experience good fortune.

However there are people argued about the credibility of the photo. (e.g photoshop-altered image & wood ）
